FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need a passport for this tour?
No. Although passports are strongly recommended, passengers are required to bring their original birth certificate along with government issued photo identification to board the cruise ship.

Do I need to pay upfront for this tour?
No. A small $100.00 per person deposit is required to secure your cabin. On September 1st the final payment will be required in full.

Do I need to purchase trip cancellation insurance?
No. Trip cancellation insurance is INCLUDED in your tour as a piece of mind before and during your trip.

How will any weather related conditions impact my vacation?
Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines monitors all weather conditions and will re-route and change itinerary should any weather related incidents become an issue with your scheduled cruise itinerary.

I have never been on a cruise before - how do I get the information I need throughout the trip?
This tour departure is ESCORTED. An escort will depart from the Buffalo/WNY area and will be with you throughout your cruise to assist with getting the answers you need to any questions you have.

I see that Early Seating is included in the trip. Can I change to "My Time Dining" or "Late Dining"?
Absolutely. We have made tentative reservations for early dining seating. The wonderful thing about choosing Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines is that they let YOU choose your dining times and options. Simply let your Know How Representative know your choice and we will be sure to plan your meal times accordingly.

Are there additional port fees and service charges that will increase my tour price?
No. Your tour package includes all taxes, port charges and standard fees associated with your cruise.

How much luggage can I pack?
We ask that all passengers bring one suitcase along with one carry on piece. Be sure that your medications and identification/passport are packed in your carry on and are brought with you on board the motorcoach. Additional packing tips will be issued to you in your final documents.

GRATUITY GUIDELINES- THESE COSTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR TOUR
To Thank those who have served you well, we suggest the following guidelines:
• Motorcoach Driver: $5.00 total for your trip suggested, at your discretion.
• Tour Escort: $10.00 total per person for your trip suggested, at your discretion.
• Dining Room / Waiter: $3.50 per day, per guest
• Stateroom Attendant: $3.50 per day, per guest
• Assistant Waiter: $2.00 per day, per guest
• Head Waiter: $ .75 per day, per guest

Please note that onboard gratuities can be added to your SeaPass account for your convenience. A 15% gratuity will be automatically added to your bar bill or wine check when you are served.
