Return
We do our utmost to return on time, but be aware that traffic, weather, customs, etc. may delay our return.
Lavatory Facilities
We will travel by motor coach with lavatory.
Seating
To assure fairness and comfort for all, coach seats will be assigned by the date you register for the trip. If you want to sit with friends on the coach, we recommend that you register together. For a group, seats will be assigned in front or back of each other and you are welcome to interchange seats among your group.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted on the coach or in the dining area.
Walking/Stairs
We make every effort to have the motorcoach drop off as close as possible, but there is usually walking involved to reboard the coach, especially in cities like Toronto. Also many restaurants and some small theaters may have stairs; especially to gain access to the restrooms. Please check with us if you have questions.
Seating for Meals
Please let us know the names of all the people in your group when you register and we will be happy to seat you together for lunch or dinner. All gratuities have been included in the price of the Day Trips.
Dress
Dress as you would for going out to a nice restaurant for lunch or dinner. If there is a lot of walking, bring comfortable shoes; an extra pair can be left on the coach. Some trips are very casual, so wear your “picnic” clothes. Air conditioning can be chilly. Always bring a sweater or jacket! It’s a good idea to wear a watch.
Special Needs
Advance notice is required for special dietary requests or for upfront/ handicap seating.
Crossing into Canada via Motorcoach
All passengers going into Canada will now be required to present Proof Of Citizenship before boarding the coach. It is our responsibility to check that each person has this proof with them in order to protect the other passengers from a delay. Anyone who cannot show proper ID to the tour escort, will be denied entry onto the coach. Furthermore, there will be no refund given for the missed tour.

Wait/ Interest List
Often seats do open up on a trip that was originally listed as full because someone cancels, the Continuing Education Programs that work with us have not used all of their slots or an unpaid customer decides not to go. We appreciate having customers on this Wait/Interest List so we can quickly fill open spots.
